Family with children the right choice
Had a quiet room overlooked pretty courtyard and the staff were super friendly to us all during our stay. We loved the swimming pool and the kitchen was well-stocked, made it easy to cook some meals together.
It wasn’t inexpensive but it was still acceptable considering the overall experience.

I enjoyed my time at Quality Inn. The staff greeted me warmly, making check-in a breeze. My room had a nice setup with everything ready, including a coffee maker and fridge. The location is perfect, just a short walk to downtown and the harbor. I loved the convenience of nearby restaurants and shops. However, the noise from the air duct in my room was quite bothersome, which made it tough for me to sleep. I also noticed some areas of the kitchen were not as clean as I'd hoped, like a few dirty utensils. Parking is a bit pricey at $9 per night, but the gated access felt secure. Overall, I'd consider staying again despite the few issues.

Had an awesome time with friends! We chilled by the pool after exploring a local market and enjoyed dinner at a nearby restaurant. Just a heads-up, the location is super convenient for shopping and dining. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Definitely recommend it for a fun getaway!
The parking situation was pretty stressful. We had a hard time finding a place to park while checking in, which wasn't ideal. Just be prepared for that and allow some extra time.

I had such a great time during my stay! The heated swimming pool was a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring, and the soft, fluffy towels they provided made it even better. Only downside was that the coffee in the lobby could use some milk instead of that powdered stuff. 👍

Oh man, I hit the jackpot with the eats nearby, especially at iZushi for some bomb sushi and Vista 18 for unforgettable burgers served with a view! Plus, the location made it super easy to explore the local vibes. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay feel like home.
On the flip side, the thin walls meant we could hear everything, and the restaurant was closed—total bummer! The air conditioning was noisy too, which didn’t help with a good night’s sleep.

great central base for exploring victoria's parks and landmarks
Staying here was fantastic because we were just a short stroll away from the royal bc museum, and a lovely walk led us right to beacon hill park where we enjoyed beautiful views and scenery. the friendly staff made our time even better with their helpfulness during our visit.

missingWrote a review on Jun 23great locationclean roomstressful check-inlack of gluten-free optionstraffic issues
The location is a major plus, with easy access to local attractions, but the check-in parking process is quite stressful. I was stuck in traffic while registering. The room was clean and provided good value for the price, yet the absence of gluten-free breakfast options led to disappointment, missing out on meals with my partner. A suggestion would be for the restaurant to keep some gluten-free options to accommodate various dietary needs.
